Our old man Ferdie’s health was not so good and it was time for him to cross the rainbow bridge. Dr. Kelly did our initial evaluation and gave us the news, but put in such a way where we knew what we were doing was a gift for our old man. And Dr. Robert performed the procedure and could not have been a more caring and warm person to have help our Ferdie pass on peacefully. We are forever grateful to you both for making such a tough decision as peaceful and loving as possible.

At the initial assessment she got to know my pup Chip, shared quality of life advice, and provided insights on how to know when it was time to say goodbye. About a month later, Chip was declining, and white whiskers worked with us to ensure that Chip was not suffering but that we weren't ending his life too soon. Dr. Kelly was kind and compassionate and walked us through the process (because that is what we wanted), and let us spend all the time we wanted loving on our boy before saying our final farewells. She made this sad day as bearable as possible, and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kelly.

We were given all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes to Eko.. The way he placed Eko in the back of her car before transporting her to her aftercare provided my husband and I a beautiful final memory of our girl. It was a moment that was filled with love and warmth, allowing us to cherish our final moments with her. Compassionate Aftercare: They provided resources for aftercare and offered a selection of memorial items that allowed us to commemorate Eko in a way that was personal and meaningful to us. No Added Stress: Not having to transport Eko to a clinic or make any uncomfortable arrangements minimized the stress during an already heart-wrenching time.
