Upon booking, we will reach out to your primary veterinarian to acquire your pet's medical record for full veterinary review.

Your appointment will take place in the comfort of your own home, free from the stresses of visiting the clinic.

An Exam And Assessment

With a full hour to converse with your veterinarian, together you will combine the context of life with your pet with your doctor's expertise to find the best path forward.

Celebrate Your Pet

If it's determined that a transition is best for your pet, we can seamlessly convert the appointment into a Sunset Visit. Otherwise, upon conclusion of our visit, we generate a plan moving forward which we share with your primary veterinarian.
