Who Are the Pikes Pets?
Dr. Kelly is so proud of her patients.
Those pets who undergo 2 or more of Dr. Kelly’s treatments are automatically inducted into our Pikes Pets Club. These senior dogs and cats rise to the challenge of living their very best golden years. We invite you to meet some of our star patients!

"Everyone's Sweetie Pie"
Cocoa's favorite way to spend the day is lounging in the shady flower beds like a princess.
"Big Beautiful Hound"
Lexi came from a reservation in New Mexico, was adopted, but returned and landed at The Old Mutt Hut.
"The Mouth"
Huckleberry is a spirited beagle whose appetite for life is as insatiable as his appetite for just about anything else.
"The Star Pupil"
Molly was a real challenge to diagnose, but once her Lumbosacral disease was identified, Dr. Kelly was able to customize her plan.
"Lovable Goofus"
Arthur, a border collie mix is a lover and busy boy with hip issues, back pain and a partially torn cruciate. Arthur loves riling up us housemates and make sure everyone know he is here.
"The Sweetest Girl"
Lacee is a cheerful sweetheart, who was 15 pounds overweight when she joined us and had a lot of back and rear hip pain.
"A Serious Snow Dog"
Cheyenne is an official Copper Mountain Ski ambassador. She intuitively knows who needs her calming energy and gravitates to them immediately.
"Independence and SASS"
Maggie has a reputation for being one of the sweetest and most gentle Rotties around.
"Perrfectly Content"
Spitfire is former barn cat who now prefers her indoor comforts. After treatment, she is up on her cat tree and enjoying her life.
"The Youngster"
Trixie is our youngest patient. This rescue dog is a special case due to a chronic condition causing her to behave like a dog much older than her.
"HRH (His Royal Highness)"
Joey was a Florida baby that was a special soul from the beginning. He and his sister (Jamey) were full of energy and loved snacking on Hibiscus on their walks. Loved his walks and we met neighbors that adopted us and provided him with snacks. (Set up a self serve box in case they weren't home when we walked.) It is hard to capsule 17 years of unconditional love.
"Girl Boss"
Sydney has always loved to hike and would typically cover 10x more ground than any human did on our hikes.
"Miss Independent"
Maggie is a bit of a loner who wants to be the first to approach visitors (not the other way around).
"Mr. Handsome Pants"
Mo is a goofy people lover. He is very tall with bad joints all around.
